In 1975, when I was just a mere babe of 20, I was enrolled at the University of Texas majoring in Interior Design, which happened to be a Bachelor of Science degree from the Home Economics department. Whoo-hoo! As a junior, we were given a design project that involved taking the floor plan of our classroom and
