The third and final house in the West University Festival of New Homes 2009 Series is the Conservatory House. Lest you think that the festival is pathetically small with just three houses, you would be mistaken. There were actually eight houses in the showcase, but I was taught if you can’t say something nice……. And even that sounds overly harsh. My mother, the famous Southern tastemaker
